Thanks to years of letter writing, discussion and prodding from local avid Susquehanna smallmouth bass anglers about recent low prior year recruitment of young bass, the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission is Placing catch and release regulations on sections of Susquehanna and Juniata Rivers.
